RESULTS
The end result is a tip that MIGfast guarantees will enable an existing welding cell to run at welding speeds at least 25% faster than current tips giving throughput or productivity improvements that, to-date, have achieved between 20% and 40%. In most cases, welding speeds have improved between 35% and 50%. This is associated with an improvement in the tip life on average five times that of current available tips, a significant reduction in fume levels and a reduction in spatter.
